The particular pairwise comparison is indicated in the column “Comparison pair”. R – rye, W – wheat, T – triticale, A – arsk, L – laishevo. Each cell in the table contains two values corresponding to the medians of the indices for a particular comparison pair. The Italic background shows a significant difference (Mann–Whitney test with Benjamini—Hochberg multiplicity correction, p < 0.05, FDR < 0.05) within a comparison pair.
